PENDING REFUND
I am currently pending my refund from this company. although beware to those who are thinking on buying this bag... the verbiage used on the email for my refund is that I had to send it back in "Re-sellable condition" I found that odd when they highlighted that in the email as well as made it very clear that they would take $10s from my refund as a restocking fee when number one it was late coming to me and two, I just got it and turned around to send it right back. AGAIN, BEWARE OF THIS WHEN PURCHASING THS PRODUCT!!
I will update this post upon receipt of my refund.
Great Business Travel Bag
Love this backpack/roller bag. Well designed to carry a lot without being too bulky or heavy. Great material and wheels are secure. Looks professional and love the colors. Plan to order another one!
